Spokane's "New Moon Art Gallery" offers an array of fun & playful creative art classes at our East Sprague gallery that will nourish your heart, mind, and soul, including mixed media & painting, plus a variety of jewelry design classes which encompass many of the aspects of jewelry making, and many more art workshops in a variety of mediums. All our classes are taught by accomplished artists and artisans, many of whom are tops in their field.

Whether you are just beginning to tap your "inner artist", or are looking to sharpen already existing skills, you'll thoroughly enjoy your Moon Gallery experience. Winter Painting Series 2018

Learn special painting techniques from some of our established area painters. In each class you will leave with a completed project and a wealth of inspiration from these magnetic professional painters. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned artist who just wants to brush up on some new skills, these classes offer a lot of useful information!

Figurative Painting Class using a live model with Coeur d' Alene Artist Clancie Pleasants.
Many struggle with painting or drawing the human face. In this class, you will begin with the basic rules and work into a whole painting.

Supply list: Medium size canvas, acrylic paint - one blue family, one red family and one yellow family, black and white- and any other color you want. Also bring your own brushes and easel.
