Ginger Oakes was raised in the Northwest. After living with her family in New Mexico, Hawaii, and California she returned to the Northwest to find her own passion in ceramics. Influenced by the rich cultures and art discovered through travel, Ginger is working toward a career creating sculptures that tell stories and reflect personal life experiences. Recent projects are a result of an unrelenting desire to touch the images in her mind. “Clay allows me to build daydreams”. Ginger’s home studio is evolving into the place where daydreams come to life. Current work is displayed on sale at The Manic Moon & More Emporium and the Bozzi Gallery.
