Traditional Jewelry and Hand Woven Textiles| NE WA
Greetings from my River Valley, the upper Columbia in northeastern Washington on the Canadian border. Living on a Historic Ranch along the edge of wilderness I am surrounded by natures canvas of vibrant color, texture and wildlife.
Since 1972 when taking Jewelry classes in High School I’ve continued the creative journey as a Jeweler, artist and designer. My Jewelry is created using the fabrication method where each piece and its components are created with hand tools.
My textile journey began in 1990 with the purchase of a spinning wheel and some fiber. Today my pieces are a mix of hand processed fibers with a focus on color and texture creating hand woven fabric for garments and accessories.
I have enjoyed incredible experiences in Art participating in workshops learning and teaching.
